The new order of residence and procedure for granting the right of asylum responsibility in Saxony

The order about the responsibilities according to the law of residence and the law of the procedure for granting the right of asylum of the Saxony Ministry of State of inner (residence and procedure for granting the right of asylum responsibility in Saxony - SächsAAZuVO) took effect on the 19. February 2009. The order was published in the law and ordinance gazette of Saxony (SächsGVBl. 2009, page 39 et seq.).
