You have to mention that only one member of the Hardship commission can cause the processing of the concern of the foreigner. So the person concerned has to win the attention of one memeber of the Hardship commission so that his case will be discussed.

If the Hardship commission finds that the foreiger has urgent human and personal reasons to stay in the federal territory with a majority of one third of its members, the Hardship commission pleases the minister of state of Saxony of the inner to grant a residence permit.
